DESCRIPTION:On the 23-24 June\, in Castel San Pietro Terme (Bologna)\, some of our JUST-PARENT researchers – dr. Matteo Caldironi\, dr. Stefania Pia Perrino and dr. Giacomo Cardaci – will present the results of the first phase of the project research during the Final Conference of DXB. SUMMARY:Self-determination in therapies: comparison between general discipline and Italian law 40/2004 on artificial reproduction
DESCRIPTION:On June 17\, 2022 at the University of Milano Bicocca\, an interesting doctoral lecture will be held by dr Stefania Pia Perrino. \nIn the lecture\, the evolution of therapeutic consent and self-determination will be analysed by taking into account the twisting of the general rules when they intersect the phenomenon of parenthood\, specifically in medically assisted reproduction therapies under the Italian law n. 40/2004. \nThe event will be held both via Webex and in presence\, at the university of Milano Bicocca\, building U6\, School of Law\, second floor (Doctorate room 2112). \nFollow the lecture\, ask questions and discuss the rules and the critical aspects.
