EXPLORING SOCIAL PARENTHOOD (Biodiritto e Genitorialità) is a MOOC (Monographic course) on Eduopen. The MOOC is dedicated to the legal framework of filiation and the social parenthood phenomenon.
Academics, lawyers, practitioners, judges and medical experts will explore adoptions, artificial reproduction technologies, surrogacy, embryosharing, post mortem reproduction.
The MOOC is free and available until February 2024 on Eduopen. The participation to the course entitles to a certificate of attendance.
