The MOOT COURT 2022/2023 is back!
The case has been sent to the two teams: the main topic is, as you will see, adoption and the right to know one’s origin in ART.
The first team will have to take the position of plaintiff, whilst the second team will be the defendant.
They will have to submit a short brief to the Court before Marzo 14.
The fourth hearing will be on March 17, 5:00 PM, at the University of Milano Bicocca: the teams will have the opportunity to discuss their perspective and present their brief. At the end of the public debate, the Court will release the decision.
Dr Giacomo Cardaci will also be available to support students to conduct normative, jurisprudential and doctrinal research and will also explain how to write the defence brief every Thursday at 4:30 at the University of Milano Bicocca.
