THE JUST PARENT MOOT COURT COMPETITION – Sixth and Seventh hearing (the semifinals!)
The MOOT COURT is going toward the semifinals!
Five teams made it through with exceptional papers and grades.
The cases have been sent to the five teams: the main topics are, as you will see, heterologous fertilization by mistake and the ROPA case
They will have to submit a short brief to the Court.
The sixth hearing will be on April 27, 4:30 PM and the seventh hearing is planned on the same day at 5:30 PM, at the University of Milano Bicocca, Courtroom: the teams will have the opportunity to discuss their perspective and present their brief. The Court will release the decision at the end of the public debate.
The bench will be led by Dr Andrea Zuccotti, officer registrar at Milan Municipality.
Dr Giacomo Cardaci will also be available to support students in conducting normative, jurisprudential and doctrinal research. He will also explain how to write the defense brief every Thursday at 4:30 at the University of Milano Bicocca.
