We are at the final chapter of our MOOT COURT journey: the final hearing!
Two teams made it through with exceptional papers and grades.
The cases have been sent to the five teams: the main topic is commercial surrogacy.
They will have to submit a short brief to the Court.
The sixth hearing will be on June 8, at 3:00 PM at the University of Milano Bicocca, Courtroom: the teams will have the opportunity to discuss their perspective and present their brief. The Court will release the decision at the end of the public debate.
The bench will be led by Prof. Giovanni Iorio and Prof. Guglielmo Bevivino, together with dr Stefania Pia Perrino and dr Giacomo Cardaci.
Dr Giacomo Cardaci will also be available to support students in conducting normative, jurisprudential and doctrinal research. He will also explain how to write the defense brief every Thursday at 4:30 at the University of Milano Bicocca.
